About Nola

My name is Nola, and I am an integrative trainee psychotherapist at the University of East London. I offer a thoughtful, compassionate space for those who may be feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or uncertain about where to turn. I am bilingual in English and Croatian and have supported individuals across different therapeutic settings. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and empowering process where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and care.

Area of Focus

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. I have worked with individuals experiencing eating-related difficulties, relationship challenges, trauma-related experiences, life transitions, and feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, or low self-worth. As someone who has navigated life in two languages and countries, I also understand the complexity of identity, belonging, and expression across cultures. I warmly welcome clients who value working with someone who appreciates the nuance of living between languages and cultures.

What to Expect

I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and emotionally safe environment where you are welcome to bring whatever feels present. Our work together will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will meet you where you are, with sensitivity and understanding, as I am aware that beginning therapy, or returning to it, can feel daunting.

Let's Connect

If you are considering therapy or would like to arrange an initial conversation, do not hesitate to reach out! I am aware that taking that first step can feel daunting, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you in a collaborative and supportive way as you begin, continue, or return to your therapeutic journey.
