About Drew

Hi, I’m Drew (he/him), an autistic, queer trainee therapist at the Minster Centre in London, currently based in Staffordshire. Before coming into therapy work, I trained as a dancer. This experience gave me an appreciation for the ways our bodies hold emotion, experience and identity, and continues to shape how I think about the connection between our physical and emotional lives. Alongside my professional training, I have an interest in contemplative practices that explore living with greater awareness, compassion and connection. I am curious about what gives life meaning and how we might relate to ourselves more gently.

Area of Focus

- Anxiety, stress and depression - Neurodivergence - LGBTQIA+ experiences - Identity and self-exploration - Burnout - Relationship difficulties - Low self-esteem - Life transitions - Feeling stuck or overwhelmed

What to Expect

I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you at your own pace. Together we can sit with what might be happening in your life and develop a greater understanding of your experiences. Therapy can also be a place where you can simply feel what you feel, without pressure to hide, explain or change those feelings.

Let's Connect

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. If you feel working together might be helpful, I would be very happy to connect and explore how therapy might support you.
